Please share with your farm’s management team.

As recovery from the latest COVID-19 surge continues, the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Kentucky state government have relaxed guidance on many of the COVID-19 recommendations. With these procedures relaxed, Commissioner of Agriculture Dr. Ryan Quarles, State Veterinarian Dr. Katherine Flynn, and I are pleased to rescind our previous issued guidance for breeding sheds, effective immediately. Sheds are permitted to eliminate or adjust their COVID-19 procedures and protocols to a level they feel comfortable with and in accordance with any local health requirements.
