> Diagnostic testing conducted reported earlier today by Equine Diagnostic Services in Lexington KY confirmed a diagnosis of West Nile virus affecting a second Kentucky horse.  The confirmation of disease is based on WNv specific IgM antibodies being detected and compatible clinical symptoms demonstrated.
